Michael Harnack

Mike Liccardo has over 30 years experience in a variety of high technology areas including storage/server, semiconductor, networking and multimedia markets. Mike is a member of Sandhill Angels, a seed stage investment partnership, and also President of Nucleus Partners Holdings, a strategic consulting and Venture Capital services firm. He led Amnis' restructuring as CEO from 1998-2003 including the spin out of ONI Systems. Previously Mike led the spin out and external funding of Lexar Media from Cirrus Logic and served as interim CEO during 1996-1997 and also completed Cirrus Logic’s first acquisition. He also served as the VP of Business Development at Cirrus Logic which completed its IPO in 1990, and held other key executive positions, including Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Vice President/GM between 1988 and 1996.

Mike served as a member of the Board of Directors of BusLogic, a storage systems company, from 1993-1995. He also served as Chief Operating Officer at Scientific Micro Systems, a storage systems company during 1984-1988, successfully leading the company through an initial public offering (IPO) and several acquisitions. Mike earned a B.S.E.E./M.S.E.E. from the University of California at Berkeley; and an MBA from Stanford University




Derrick Go is Founder and Sr. VP Business Development for AMREP International, a 3rd party Supplier Sourcing, Quality Inspection, & Management Company. He founded AMREP and other firms beginning in 1982, with geographic footprint throughout the Asia Pacific and Americas. His companies have served some of the largest US corporations for over 30 years.

Derrick is a serial entrepreneur with great success scaling business to revenue growth and high profitability. He has significant experience and understanding of Chinese and Pan Asian business culture, as well as US marketing tactics. He has traveled extensively worldwide, developing strong global awareness.




Donald W. Morgan is currently a financial consultant employed by OSIsoft, a medium-sized private software and database company serving the process control industry. Don is working on a program to transform the financial reporting and accounting organization of the Company. Prior to that, Don was the chief financial officer of RAE Systems (Symbol: RAE), a leading developer and manufacturer of multi-sensor products and networks with extensive sales and manufacturing operations in China, until his retirement in November of 2007. Don was also chief financial officer of Larscom, a public company in the telecommunications industry from 1999 until the business was sold to a competitor in July of 2004. Don served as chief financial officer of Inrange Technologies, a data communications and storage area networking (SAN) company from July 1991 to November 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Morgan served in a number of senior financial positions with UNISYS Corporation. Mr. Morgan earned a BS degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an MS degree in finance from the University of Illinois.




Most recently Michael Harnack was Sr. VP Sales & Business Development at Serconet; a fabless semiconductor & technology house for wireless solutions. Prior to SercoNet he was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Charles Industries, Ltd. and, while there he successfully directed the launch of new broadband delivery systems into the Independent and RBOC marketplace. Mike has twenty seven years in Sales and Marketing for Data Communications equipment manufacturers and over thirty years in the Data Communications industry.

Mike has held senior sales and marketing management positions at other leading companies including Paradyne Networks, General Signal Networks, Case-Rixon, and Racal-Milgo. While at Paradyne he led major successes in the introduction and sales of xDSL and Frame Relay equipment into the CLEC, ILEC, and Independent Telephone Company marketplace. Mike spent 12 years in data communications, systems design and management with pioneering enterprise builders such as Brunswick Corporation and The First National Bank of Chicago.
